This course was to designed to give you a better understanding on how flatpack kitchens work and how to assemble and Install them. During this workshop you will work in a small intimate group with one of the leaders in the industry to maximise your hands on experience, enhancing your skills and confidence to assemble and Install your own straight line kitchen. This workshop is limited to 8 people.

Get Hands On

Learn how to use the hand and power tools needed for this project

  • Assemble a base cabinet and/or Drawer
  • Install a straight line kitchen including base cabinets , drawers, cabinet doors and drawer faces,
  • Install benchtop
  • Install kickboard
  • Install side panels
After this workshop you will be able to:
  • Have a better understanding of how kitchens work
  • Measure and design your own kitchen
  • Assemble your own flatpack cabinetry
  • Have a better understanding on how to install kitchens

About your trainer Penny

Penny Petiridis has been paving her way through the building & construction industry. With 28 years building experience in Carpentry, Metal Fabrication, Horticulture and also completing her Building & Construction Cert 4 she is a leader in her knowledge and field.

Penny has also been running her own renovations & building business Female Tradie which recently celebrated its 10 year anniversary. With Penny’s skills and attention to detail, Female Tradie is one of the most sought after contractors in Sydney.

Penny’s mission is to ENCOURAGE, TRAIN & SUPPORT women to follow their dreams. She understands how difficult it is to learn the tools and especially start a business in a male dominated industry. She’s passionate about making a difference and through her workshops & training she is determined to lead the way.
